    What is the cost of shipping?

    Orders over $100 ship for free to anywhere in the US Please note that we currently only ship to the Continental US.

    Orders under $100 will have multiple shipping options! Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on the weight of your order.


    What if an item arrives damaged?

    Oh no! We pride ourselves in packing all orders in care, so if you receive your item damaged, please feel free to contact me at orders@livedinshoppe.com if any issues arise during the shipping process.


    How long will my order take?
    Once an order is placed, it will be packed and shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. Orders shipped to the U.S. generally arrive within 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email upon shipment.


    Can I track my order?
    Of course! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you create an account (click here) prior to placing your order, our system will keep all your orders and tracking information in one spot!


    Do you accept returns?
    We understand that projects change. You can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Please contact orders@livedinshoppe.com for more details on how to return your order. Return shipping cost is paid for by customer, except when an order is sent incorrectly or arrives damaged.

    As long as the order has not shipped, please reach out to orders@livedinshoppe.com to cancel your order.


    What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Shop Pay and Google Pay 

    Will I receive the same item as in the photos?

    100%! What you see is what you are purchasing, however some items are handmade to order and may vary slightly from the photos, but this is always mentioned in the product description.

    Do I have to create an account in order to place an order?

    No you don't, but we recommend it to keep all your order information in one place!
